Can I choose my own colors and designs?
-Of course! Our favorite items to do are ones that are custom made just for you! This is one way to ensure that you have a one-of-a-kind, personalized item. We can make any item on our site in a variety of colors, so if you see something you like, shoot us an e-mail! Also, we welcome any of your ideas, so if you have an item that you would like embellished, we would be happy to give you an estimate!
How long does it normally take before an item can be shipped?
-Depending on how intricate the item is that you ordered, and how many orders we are processing at that time, we can usually have the item ready to be shipped within a week. Please remember that during the holiday season we have many more orders to process, so please allow two weeks during this busy season.
What types of crystals are used?
-At Bel Be'Be', we want fashionable to be affordable, which is why we offer two kinds of crystals. Any item can be made with either acrylic rhinestones, or genuine swarovski rhinestones. Our default rhinestones are the acrylic, so if you are interested in the genuine swarovski crystals, please contact Bel Bebe for an estimate.
How are the rhinestones applied?
-Our items are embellished using non-toxic, completely child-safe glue. Each rhinestone is individually hand-applied for maximum coverage.
Can pacifiers/pacifier clips be washed?
-All pacifiers and pacifier clips can be HAND WASHED with warm water and mild soap. They are NOT dishwasher safe, and boiling water will make the rhinestones come off. Please use caution when washing your items and be as gentle as possible.

Return Policy
Due to safety and sanitary reasons pacifiers are NON-RETURNABLE items. Any item(s) ordered that are custom made including but not limited to Personalized items containing initials, are also non-returnable, unless a mistake is made on the part of Bel Be'Be'. A new pacifier will be re-made and sent to the buyer as an exchange, but there will be no refund of payment.
For exchanges on custom orders, please contact Bel Be'Be' at 704-464-1510 for a representative who will make sure your order is re-made in a satisfactory and timely manner. Products returned must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt. If contact with our representative has not been made by 7 days of reciept of item(s), the sale is considered FINAL, and no additional adjustments will be made. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging! Bel Be'Be' will assume responsibility for return shipping on the exchange of a personalized item that was made incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our number one goal as a company is to please the customer and make sure you will always want to put your trust in Bel Be'Be'.

The inspiration of Bel Be'Be' comes from two moms with two beautiful girls. We grew tired of the boring accessories out there for our little princesses and decided to put our imaginations to work! We started making accessories for our two girls, and after many requests, we decided to make our items available to every mom with a prince or princess. They deserve to feel dazzling right out of the womb!
